What we collect

Only what you type into one of the two forms. Nothing is collected from browsing alone: the site sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser.

• First and last name
• Business email address, and phone number if you provide one
• Company and job title
• Country, and your message if you write one
• Your profile: seeking an aircraft, or making one available

Why we collect it

To contact you about CAP10LEASING, to qualify your requirement or your fleet, and to open your space when the platform launches. For nothing else.

We also record the page and the button your request came from, so we know which parts of the site are useful. That information is not tied to any browsing profile.

Where it goes

Your submission is stored in the CAP10LEASING database, then mirrored to the CAP10AVIATION central CRM so that our teams see it alongside requests from the other platforms of the ecosystem.

It is never resold, never published, and never shared with a partner without your agreement.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to answer you and to follow up on your project, and at most three years after our last exchange, unless you ask us to erase it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@cap10aviation.com. We answer within one month.

We answer in French and in English.

Third parties

Two Google services are loaded by the site: Google Fonts, for typefaces, and reCAPTCHA v3, which protects the forms from automated submissions. reCAPTCHA analyses interaction signals to produce a score; it is loaded only when you start filling in a form.

No advertising, no analytics, no tracking script.
